• No Prior Bans: You have not previously been banned or removed from the Platform for violations of these Terms or any applicable law.

2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

When you create an account on Slavic Women Dating, you assume full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. Account security is a shared responsibility between you and our Platform.

Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately at our contact page. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

Accurate Profile Information. Your profile must contain truthful and accurate information about yourself, including but not limited to your name, age, location, photographs, and personal descriptions. One Account Per Person. Each individual may maintain only one active account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Slavic Women Dating is designed to facilitate genuine, respectful connections between individuals seeking serious relationships. By using our Platform, you agree to the following acceptable use guidelines:

• Use the Platform only for the purpose of establishing authentic romantic connections and building meaningful relationships.
• Treat all members with respect, dignity, and courtesy in all communications, regardless of nationality, ethnicity, religion, or background.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Slavic Women Dating platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of any paid services, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

1. Fraud and Scamming: Soliciting money, gifts, financial information, or any form of monetary assistance from other members. This includes fabricating emergencies, investment opportunities, or financial hardship stories.
2. Harassment and Abuse: Engaging in threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable communication toward any member or staff, whether through messaging, profile content, or any other means.
3. Fake Profiles and Impersonation: Creating accounts using false identities, stolen photographs, or information belonging to another person. Impersonating any individual, including Platform staff, is strictly prohibited.
4. Commercial Solicitation: Using the Platform for commercial purposes, including advertising products or services, promoting external websites, recruiting for businesses, or distributing promotional materials of any kind.
5. Malicious Activity: Attempting to damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform or its servers, or interfering with any other party's use of the Platform. This includes distributing malware, viruses, or engaging in denial-of-service attacks.
6. Data Mining and Scraping: Using automated systems, bots, spiders, crawlers, or any manual process to extract, collect, harvest, or store personal data or content from the Platform without our express written permission.
7. Posting False or Misleading Content: Publishing, transmitting, or sharing content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or deceptive, including but not limited to fabricated personal details, fake testimonials, or manipulated photographs.
8. Illegal Activities: Using the Platform to facilitate any activity that violates local, state, federal, or international law, including but not limited to human trafficking, prostitution, or exploitation of any kind.
9. Undermining Safety Measures: Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security-related features of the Platform, including verification systems, reporting mechanisms, and anti-scam protections.
10. Intellectual Property Infringement: Uploading, distributing, or using content that infringes on the copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Slavic Women Dating platform - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall design and arrangement thereof - are the exclusive property of Slavic Women Dating or its content licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Platform Content. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Platform content without our prior written consent, except as follows: (a) your device may temporarily store copies of materials in RAM incidental to accessing and viewing those materials; and (b) you may store files automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes.

User-Generated Content. By uploading, posting, or otherwise submitting content to the Platform (including photographs, profile text, and messages), you grant Slavic Women Dating a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Platform. You retain ownership of your original content and may request its removal at any time, subject to the provisions of these Terms.

DMCA Compliance. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon on our Platform, please submit a DMCA notice to our designated copyright agent through our Contact page.

6. Subscription and Payment Terms

Slavic Women Dating offers both free and premium subscription tiers. By purchasing a premium subscription, you agree to the following payment terms:

• Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually) according to the plan selected at the time of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current rate. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account settings.
• Refund Policy: We offer a satisfaction guarantee as described on our Why Choose Us page. Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable guarantee period. Beyond the guarantee period, subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Current subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect on their account.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Slavic Women Dating, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation: loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Platform;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform, including but not limited to defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users;
• Any content obtained from the Platform;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• Any interactions, meetings, or relationships formed through the Platform, whether online or offline;
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any profile information or user-generated content.

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law. These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Mandatory Arbitration. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language by a single arbitrator in the State of Delaware. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment upon the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Slavic Women Dating.

Exception for Small Claims. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the court's jurisdictional limits.

9. Account Termination

Termination by You. You may deactivate or delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary termination, your profile will be removed from the Platform within 30 days, and your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Termination by Us. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, prolonged account inactivity, or conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the Platform.

Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any outstanding subscription fees are non-refundable upon termination for cause. Content you have shared with other users (such as sent messages) may remain accessible to those recipients. We will retain your data only as required by applicable law or as set forth in our Privacy Policy.

10. Modifications to These Terms

Slavic Women Dating reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify users through a prominent notice on the Platform and/or via email to the address associated with your account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
